Disclaimer: My results weren't predicted by Mr. Van Liew. When I told him ''insomnia'' was my touble he said getting energy was more what the product could do, not lulling you to sleep.
Though I don't notice anything to do with changing my emotions like protecting me from negative thoughts, I still have an amazing effect. Insomnia may not cover all the trouble.
